  27.                      It having been reported to the Court that Marvin

  29.                 Margolis, of New York, New York, has been disbarred from

  31.                 the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme
  32.  
  33.                 Court of New York, First Judicial Department, and this
  34.  
  35.                 Court by order of June 27, 1994, having suspended the
  36.  
  37.                 said Marvin Margolis from the practice of law in this
  38.  
  39.                 Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to
  40.  
  41.                 show cause why he should not be disbarred;
  42.  
  43.                      And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued
  44.  
  45.                 and served upon the respondent and that the time to file
  46.  
  47.                 a response has expired;
  48.  
  49.                      It is ordered that the said Marvin Margolis be
  50.  
  51.                 disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and
  52.  
  53.                 that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys
